Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

I don't care much for birthday cake so my mother always made my favorite pie for my b-day and passed it on to my wife Helen...We went with 4 candles each representing 12 years so we didn't need the fire department...LOL

Truly a happy belated birthday day Jeffrey! Those pies look indeed delicious. We tried to make pumpkin pecan pies, but failed miserably. Next time, pecan coconut.

That's my second favorite desert, with Red Velvet cake being the first. My wife just made two pecan pies and a Red Velvet cake, they were all great.

Pecan Pie has always been a favorite of mine. But I must admit I my mother always made German Choclate Cake for my birthday and I just love it.....

Save me a slice!  I'll be over shortly.  And I take cream and sugar in my coffee.  And hey!,.. HAPPY BIRTHDAY my Fishin' brother!  Yeah mine's coming up real soon.  Too soon.

Oh heck yeah!  Now that's what I'm talking about!  A little vanilla bean ice cream and/or whipped cream to go with it!

By any chance, is there a little Mr. Beam's or Mr. Daniel's product in the mix?
