Very crustacean-y. Im sure it will appeal to many fish.

I like that it appears to be constructed of fairly common materials. Silli legs, dumbell eyes, some marabou and a few feathers, maybe. The placement of the eyes should make it glide along the bottom, as opposed to climb and dive. It'll look like a crawdad moving naturally along, out in the open.
