A change in tactics

My trips to our overfished town pond haven't be very productive lately . It's gotten worse than ever .
Today I only had a little over an hour to fish and I decided to change from throwing plastics to my hand tied 1/80th jigs under a weighted float .
I took a 7' Daiwa Procyon UL Rod , with a Daiwa 2500 reel spooled with 4# Pline HiVis with a natural clear blue 2# leader .
Took a stool so I could sit and fan cast an area before moving on .
Only caught four , with this my largest . What it lacks in size , it makes up in color .
You don't know how happy I was to catch this fish and release it . I wasn't sure there was any left . Gillchaser
