Jacob I have a slight problem here and it all looks well and good nice high protein meal but how can you eat something that's looking back at you.

Greg I think that all protein meal looks great why ruin it with nasty grits. Jacob your a young man after my own heart protein, protein, protein and we don't have to say where's the meat.
