Two ways Jonathan:

1. Boil, then season, and then bake.

2. Boil, let it dry, dry seasoning, then grill.

Imagine you're trying to cook tough meat and turn it into a gourmet BBQ/grill. Broil/boil the meat to make it soft, season, and then cook according.

Leo, how do you prepare and cook a turtle? I asked my wife, just in case I ever caught one of the turtles in our local ponds, but she had no idea either.

I think if I caught a snapper, I'd cut the line unless I had a .22 rifle in the boat. Since I'm not a gator hunter, I don't usually carry one of those lol :)

Soup's on! Luckily that this snappy did not meet me. My family would have been having a broiled and grilled half shell with this one.
