My dear wife likes the fliers cooked whole and I prefer the filets..........we were both happy at this dinner.........

Thanks guys....they're mighty tasty any way you slice it...we like some on the bone occasionally but most of the time for me it's filet.....you really can't go wrong with sunfish!
