Helluva nice fish.

When I had my last kayak, I wore thin cotton sleep pants and log sleeve T-shirts during the summer. Also a giant hat, like LedHeads. The face wrap is a good idea.

Did you know that most bass are caught between 9AM and 3PM? That makes midday the best time, and the worst for UV exposure.Goo looking out on the hardcore protection. Have you seen the poly balaclava's? Those are next for me.

Where i fish the wind seems to always blow about 10mph into the afternoon. Ive probally caught more big bass from my float tube than my big boat. In the past years ive caught my biggest Bass was 8.7lbs then caught one weighing 7.9lbs the following week. My best is the 10lb. plus in the p[icture. My Bighorn float tube handles the wind pretty good plus i don't go off shore every far when the wind blows
