Look Who's Fishing Out of My Boat.......10/25/2013

Jim and I had a great time this afternoon in difficult conditions......caught a 30 fish mixed bag of Gills and Crappies including this pair of slabs.......

I can't believe it's been a year already since Jim Gronaw came down to Carolina for some panfish fun.....We experienced challenging conditions behind a series of strong cold fronts and all that goes with that. Factor in some outboard motor issues on the first afternoon and you had the makings of a skunk. But as I had suspected before meeting Jim, he has fishing tenacity and we endured all for a decent catch all three days.  We located some nice fish the first afternoon and JIm dispalys some solid Balck Crappoie from the tidal waters......It was a pleasure to host Jim and enjoy a weekend of chewing the fat about all things fishing......We'll do it again soon!
