I have to admit that these were spring fish. I caught them during the February spawn. I came across the a few pictures doing my yearly fishing review. Jim I caught them in a tributary of the Chesapeake Bay (ha ha).

Actually in the Tuckahoe River near Hillsboro, Md. It was amazing that the action lasted about 5 1/2 hours. Very few casts went without a strike and not many of them without landing a fish. I definitely caught the run perfectly. And on my micro-lite tackle, they fought extremely well.

Now I'm hungry that don't get any better than perch fillets. Great job looks like some nice jumbo's there. Keep her up and GOOD FISHIN...
