Heavy Crappie Behind Last Week's Warm Up.......2/10/2019
I hit a different river today and visited a 20 foot basin.....I was excited right away as surface temps jumped to 53 this week.....bites at eight to twelve feet almost immediately......several 13" class fish in this pile today

Understand Slip.......if the mild weather continues we will have spawning crappie moving in on shallow cover in early March which will be two to three weeks ahead of the average..........Thirteen degrees is a lot in one week but four days in a row in the high 70s with full sun did it..............needless to say I'm getting very getty around here as another spring approaches.....
