Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

This breeding male Green Sunfish swimbait was hand-carved from wood and hand painted by Andrew Melosh. What a great job! I really appreciate great fish art, be it drawing, painting, taxidermy or wood carvings. Some people are just so talented!

That is SWEET!  How much does it weigh?  I've got a tailrace area or two that such a lure would get smashed by Striped Bass.

The body and paint job is excellent, but it's the turned down eye that does it for me.  So realistic.
