Hm..how about a "Dinner Only" backyard cookery? We have a 5 stars French restaurant here that will only open 2 days a week, and for dinner only. The meals are exquisite to say the least, and it's first come first serve basis. The family actually shopped for all its food locally, but the herbs and spices, as well as the wines, are imported directly from France. So, you may want to do something like that, yet, have plenty of time to wet the line, and offer the local delicacies, and call it, "The Abney's Catches of the Day Specials". Let's start small scale: family members (probably free) and friends only ($5/head)..then expand later..LOL

I hear you Leo but we're enjoying life and looking forward to retiring at some point down the road......I love to cook but a restaurant sounds like a Place you never leave.....Got to be able to wet a line! LOL

Just great eating at Sir Jeffrey's house. I think you need to have the missus open up a local restaurant just for your catches on fishes, crabs, and shrimps, with an occasion gator or two.
