LOL True. If one of us culinary freaks were at your place when you fished, we would have pull out all our stops to make you a delicious meals of what you've caught. Since you've travelled pretty much the world, have you tried fish fillets using a glace sweet seasoned soy tar? From snakeheads to gills, it's awesome. I believe Jeffrey make his version of the kittie blackened fillet style. Similar to the method, the flavor will yank your tongue out, and slaps you in the head. The tougher the fillet, the more sweeten jerky-like the result. Wish I live near you guys to trade my meals with your old time stories. I may owe you guys a lot of meals.

Snakeheads and walleyes, one can call them trash-fish, but when they're cooked by those who know how to eat them (culinary master), WOOHH!!! Plenty of converted thinkers.

However, trash-fish or not, they're good fighters all around, with plenty of fun on the UL gears.

Wow in Toledo area them would be fighting words to say a walleye is a trash fish. As far as the later I'm trying to improve on being goofier seems like thats something I don't have to work at  just sorta comes naturally.

Marble eye!  Too bad they weren't a little larger! Delicious!

Never herd of such a fish. I know in Ohio in the Maumee River we have Walleye, and Sauger and Saugeyes. To me it looks like a juvenile Walleye.
