Pan fried with cornmeal/flour/spices coating. It wasn't that I disliked it, it was that it wasn't worth the trouble. I like salmon best. Haven't tasted bluegill yet as none of mine are big enough.

I went and knocked on the neighbor's door to ask if they wanted it, but they weren't home. I put it back in the pond. I caught it with a #10 hook on a spincast reel.
