Today’s Targets….Ancient Cypress Trees in coastal N.C. …..3/31/2024

In today’s river and associated creeks I have strategically marked over twenty large cypress stumps like the one pictured……now visualize up to three feet of water on top of the stump and this was my challenge today but man they hold great numbers and quality of black crappie and Coppernose….with high dirty water I was fortunate to hook a couple to locate for fishing…it paid off
