Mark the eyes on this proto fly are that stretch cord beading stuff .this one was fluorescent green.i dip the ends in the uv cure and build them up.the result is great and the cord has a fiber optic effect  that i did not plan on but the eyes pick up any light and glow like a fiber optic gun sight.i have yards and yards of this stuff in 4 or 5 colors

i think i'm gonna use mono carl.this things pretty small.those little split rings are a pain

have not had much luck with a damsel pattern that works dick.the body is soft and flexible.feels like a bug.made from laser dub ,pheasant tail and clear silicone caulk formed on a needle

a damsel nymph iv'e been working on.after throwing away a dozen i get kinda narrowed down to this.i think i'll have to turn the eye that attaches the body 45 degrees so it will swim more freely
