LOOKS TASTY FOR SURE........
I can almost taste them.
A lot of locals will leave the “shell” on their crabs for frying, my preference is to remove the shell. This allows the body to cook evenly and I find the shell a bit chewy….I dust them in corn flour and fry in peanut oil…..this year these crabs were $5.00 a piece, still a shortage from the pandemic, when abundant you can get them for two bucks each.
Save a bluegill, eat a blue crab!
