Do bake your jig heads? Also how do you dip your heads if you don't mind me asking? Thanks

That's the time consuming part is the jig heads. I do buy my heads. From there I dip in white powder paint then the finished color powder paint of choice then a clear powder paint with flake. So each head is dipped 3 time then the 3D eye is added with a coat of Sally Hanson as hard as nails over the entire head to help secure the eyes. Then we clean out the eyes with a bodkin then were of to the tying table. Long process but I do like the end results.

Nathan we can talk about it. I'll be out of commission for awhile but I'm sure we can work something out. Get back with me. I have no plastic on the jigs hoping to get a couple picture downloaded tomorrow if I can get a couple done.

Do you put plastics on them or tie your own custom patterns on them?? I would love to get my hands on some of those beauties, if you're ever interested in trading for some hand tied jigs. :D
