Just thought yall might want to see the type of ribs I'll be cooking on friday night at Reelfoot at the Bluegill Rendezvous,I cooked these yesterday, and were they Goooood! So if you want some of these make your plans to attend the first BBG Rendezvous. LOFR

Jeffery , you have a Sharp eye, at the Rendezvous Keith Ritter is going to bring some fresh doves that we will wrap with bacon , soak in Italian dressing, and cook on the grill too as appiteasers, this is going to be good and fun,we want to see you there! LOFR

This man knows his way around the grill for sure.....I detect indirect heat being applied as well.....these look great and probably taste even better!
