Hey Dick thanks.......my season never ends.......I initially didn't post much on my crappie fishing but so many members kept pushing for me to include it and so I have...........we are heading for a big spring around the Albemarle and it may start earlier than Good Friday..................needless to say I'm pumped up!

Thanks Larry.........I had to work Saturday and went out late yesterday to confirm my choice today.........turns out I didn't catch any fish at that spot today but found them in another reliable winter basin..........surface temp was 49.1 when I picked up at 12:30...........same spot had skim ice this past Monday..........up and down weather!
