Jeffrey, sorry, haven't heard from him. I've rode my bicycle along Perris Lake every few days while scanning the lake during the morning hours but did not spot his pontoon. I prayed that our local and BBG's anglers are doing well through this crazy time.

Wow. Splendid counts even from the solo outing. Water bodies around you sure produce great ones even under stresses. Can't wait to see the results for 2021.

Thanks Leo and good to hear from you......fortunately Governor Cooper maintained all the great waters of North Carolina open during 2020 to fishing and other outdoor activities.......I fished solo more often with the threat of covid but I love to fish and really enjoyed the May through July period last year, I caught and released 2,700` sunfish including 650 of ten inches or greater. throw in 23 Coppernose at 11" plus and I was very satisfied.......our weather was dangerous in August and early September with triple digit heat indexes often carrying throughout the night..........I worried about a fish kill with 90 degree plus water but grateful I never saw one in 2020........had a top five spring for Black Crappie last year but still hope for a better 2021 for all..........Thanks and Happy New Year

Definitely a catch to compare with to the other years. What are your personal best measurements for the 2020 period?
