They are definitely one of the prettiest sunfish we have.....They don't get as big in our waters as you see in other places like the midwest.....always a pretty aggressive bite though....

Thanks guys.....I catch them pretty frequently but 7 to 8 inches is big in this region Jim.....That turquoise and blood red ear tab always pop on these fish.....
