It just gets in your blood growing up in Louisiana John and your friend did it up right with all the added treats...We also throw in smoked sausage, mushrooms and garlic cloves too....All Good Stuff!

I once played a Guitar/Vocal pool party gig in my hometown and the guy who hired me was originally from Louisiana.While I was pickin',singin' and a grinnin 'I saw him boil up the Crawdads in a big pot with corn on the cob,potatoes,whole Onions and a bunch of spices .He sent me home with 30 crawdads and I ate all but one .I forced my wife to try it and she was too squemish to have a 2nd one . They were great!!

Won't be long now......Mardis Gras and shortly after that the Boiled Crawdads will start showing up!

I'll suck a head with the best Cajun - but Lori, well, she's a bit more delicate.

Were it me, I'd like to live on a floating house in the swamp... but I'd be doing it alone.

That made it worth posting David.....in my house our mouth waters......all in what you're raised on right! Like Wag said.....they were simply awesome! We didn't have a single crawfish left!
