Crappie Daily Double....9/5/2013
Caught over a 100 and released over half.....kept a nice mess for a great Fall fish fry.........fresh Crappie are so tender and mouth watering......

Fresh is best. I have found If you freeze your fish in water they aren't fresh but close to it. I never freeze fish without putting them in water.
