A Nice 10.5" Copper for BFOD.....5/27/2013
Only had 7 gills over 10" this morning.......but is was fun to be back in North Carolina.....

Thanks guys......I don't know enough about Bluegill genetics to explain it but I catch several gills a year with these same traits......if this fish grows into his tail what a beast he will be.....it was already a struggle on a 10 foot telescopic pole.....

Another great gill Jeffrey and Jim is right looks like your fish was on steroids and his tail got muscles such a huge tail..

Going back out in a few hours for some late afternoon action.......water coming back in and surfacr temps shooting back up with high skies.....should be an active time.......
