Thanks guys....it's neat to read your line/float when these different species hit.....the gills would hit much harder and plunge the float down where as the Crappie were slow and deliberate and the float would slide and finally go down slowly....fun afternoon though.....

It's always nice getting a good gill on a minnow while crappie fishing. The good ones have no trouble inhaling a crappie minnow.
