9/8/12 Hunting for large slabs this morning
Been a while since i had some fresh crappie so i kept some for me and my family

White corn meal, a little flour, salt and pepper. Put ingredients in a bag, put in a few fillets and shake them up to coat them. Then a hot peanut oil bath. A simple recipe that doesn't hide the flavor of your fish.
