HEY LEO,
MAKE SURE WHAT EVER LINE YOU ARE USEING IS CLEAN AND GREASED UP, then max on these 7'9" rods are an easy 20 yards or around 60 feet. On a good windless day it's most of the line on the reel. The 7' like I used yesterday are a bit tricky if you don't know what you are doing and it's almost the same with them . A couple false cast's and you should be in buisness with either rod for about 40-50'. Let me know if you are having trouble.

False casting for a couple hours? You are making this into work Leo, LLLLLLLOL

They Tootie, what's your max casting on these Wonderod? Been false casting for a few hours, and I'm still amazed at these rod's ability. Forearms are sore, but still, a huge smile on my face.

My first flyrod was a Wonderod, wish I still had it. Caught lots of gills with it.
