Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

Carl graciously sent me some of this ultimate catching worms, and a few spare kit materials to play with. He's been nailing his waters with these worms, tipped with a bit of crawler for attracting. He caught various gills, bass, and kitties with these. Will be tying some more of these in this design. He nailed it well with some of the species of butterflies that migrate through our zones during the summer through winter seasons.

By the way, yes. The foam is 2mm, sliced down to 1mm thickness. The tying method is the same as Allen Morgan's dragon/mayfly tail segment method.

Carl's doing quite well. Busy, but well. His system caught an electric bug after leaving it on throughout the lightning storms. He will have it serviced and be back online soon.

How has Carl been doing? Haven't seen him around on the site in a while. Is the yellow and brown on the hook foam?
