Do you love big bluegill?
8.5'' Gillcracker (BG x RES)(2-29-16)
Got this chunky gillcracker tonight and one smaller bluegill in the 8" range in tonights half hour outing. Both were caught on the 1/124 oz. jighead tipped with a waxy about 4' under a float in about 6' of water.

Thanks guys. I've only been out twice since open water Jeffrey and neither for very long, so we'll see how spring progresses. I got three or four bites in about 30 minutes, so I'll take it considering the water is still very cold. Nice to wet a line regardless of the results.
