How did I get in this old geezer group? can't remember joining. Any way Mike, glad your checkup went well my last one the Doc told me to lose 50 lbs!
All good Mike, glad all is good and glad we have to put up with you longer the longer the better .
Richard you were a lucky young man to be with Grandpa and it looks like he taught you well .. My maternal Grandmother used to take me fishing and it was always for bullheads down at a local lake that was private, but had a public road running next to it. No one ever bothered us and we'd just sit and fish all day outta lawn chairs waiting for a bite.... I remember eating those bullheads to this day and don't fish for em anymore , sadly. Really relaxing way to fish , and maybe even squeeze in a nap or two in the sun on a balmy afternoon.....
i just came across a picture of me and grandpa fishing at macoupin creek.whats so special it was the last time we fished together .before i moved out to chicago it all ways was .how to fish like a sportsman and advice on how to live life the rightway and i still fish like a sportsman and i do live my life right i miss you grandpa
