Yep..it's called the Cal-abama rig (3 hooks, 2 spinners/swimbaits) using #10 hooks. Same application for bass chasers.

I did think about it for a short time but I'm stumped on the stainless steel leader because when you downsize it I don't know what to use in place of the s/s/leader that the fish would not be able to see and still be stiff enough to keep the jigs apart.
