Reverse Rigging for Senkos and Other Stick Worms

OK, guys... a number of members have asked about the reverse rigging for Senkos, Yum Dingers and similar style worms we used to fish on top of heavy algae and weed mats to get those explosive, blow-up strikes from quality bass during late summer. So, here are a few pics to show this simple adaption...just run the 'tapered' end of the worm in on the front of the off-set worm hook so it can glide over top of the slop easier than the blunt end.

Fish it on 20 to 30 lb Sonic Braid...work it like a scum-frog and inch it along on top of the There is still lots of hot weather bassing to do all over the map, so give it a shot at your local, weedy lake!

Bucktail Jig/Reaper Combo and Spinner Bait also caught Bass today .Its a shame the photos look stretched and out of proportion when uploaded to the group . Anyone else in this group having this problem? The photos come out true when I upload them to my albums .

Andre/Chris,would like to see photos and read descriptions of how you rig your drop shot rigs. Also ,which  shot ,hook, and worm type.

I always used a split shot above a floating worm and it caught some real nice fish for me in the 3 and 5 lb. class .That is a form of drop shotting I guess. Lately I rigged a wacky style 1/0 hook in a 4 " Charlie Brewer worm and going with that .Only caught one small bass and a white Perch in the dorsal but I'll stick with it to see if I get more success.

That away Chris .I just started getting dinks but have not gotten any good sized .Not for lack of trying .I been throwing flutter spoons and Reaper tipped Jigs and 16th oz. Marabous hoping to trick some nice sized early LMouths. The PSeed ,Gills and Yellow Perch have been cooperative however so not all is lost:)
