Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

well, i joined up on spoon chuckers and promised a report.   first trip out trying spoons and the only thing i could find locally here in north alabama are 1/8oz kastmasters.  i changed the hooks out, tipped it with some gulp maggots and chucked away.  i hit a couple of spots with a friend of mine with crickets as back up.  we were only able to fish for 3hrs dues to the storms around here, but we kept 23.  12 came from spoons.  EVERY fish i caught on the kastmaster was a keeper!  we of course had to cull thru the cricket bites.  here's the awesome news.  my biggest bream ever hit me this mornin!  9.5inches!!!   i think i'll give the ole spoon thing a little more consideration!!                             thanx mr bill!!!!!!!!!!!!
