South Bend BP14 3-piece 14' cane pole

Does anybody own or know anything about South Bend cane poles?  Three piece/14'...sounds good, but a lot of these things are really crappy.

Probably made in China fibreglass. Don't stress em too much an they'll do alright. I use a 10' South Bend all the time.

I'd like to get a second tele pole. I have 

a 10" BnM black widow. Are the Shakespeare

and South Bends noticeably different/better?

Would a 12' make much difference?

Not really. Probably from the same Chinese factory.
