Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

Does anyone on here, fish out of a float tube? If so could you please post pics of your setup?

Thanks

Dwayne

Here's mine.

My Water Master is incredible.  It's the best I've ever fished from.  It's only 30lbs, it packs into a backpack, it can carry 700 lbs., it work great in moveing water or flat water.  It's better than a canoe, kayak, or  belly boat (you sit out of the water, no waders needed), you can add a motor, anchor system, fish basket, stripping apron, and anything else you can dream up.  Oh yeah, it also straps to the top of your car and i've had NO problems with it.

I have a Creek Company ODC 420. I have yet to add a rod holder or anything to it, so any photo you see of one is what mine looks like.

I like it very much, but I expect you couldn't go wrong with a Fish Cat, either.

Here's my small one which is a Stearns. I put a seat cushion on it so I'll sit a little higher. -

Here is my larger one, a Creek Company model which they don't make anymore. I also put a seat cushion on this one. -

Thanks guys, are these as handy as they look, or kind of hard to fish out of?
They are easy as 1, 2, 3.  1) Get in the tube. 2) put on flippers. 3) Catch fish!!!
and dont think about giant snapping turtles, alligators, cottonmouth snakes, beavers, ottersand anything else that would take a big chunk out of your legs that you can't see because there underwater with the giant snapping turtles ,alligators, cottonmouth snakes, beavers and otters.
And of course watch out for the flesh-eating piranha.
Thanks guys, the snakes are what I have been worrying about!
The snakes should not be a problem, unless you accidentally kick and disturb one of there underwater nest, then they will be after you like a nest of hornets, Good Luck.
Boy...making me feel a lot better...I hate snakes!
Dwayne, I've been tubing in Texas for three years now and I've only been bitten by water moccasins four times and I'm still alive. So it's not really dangerous. Of course, trying to flipper around the lake with only one leg, and the flipper on what's left of my calf on that leg is a little difficult, but still doable.
Here's mine. Very basic, but it works fine for me. The second pic is not my rig, but will give you some ideas for adding a nice rod holder...
