Im just curious here. How to make and rig a double hook worm rig... Any ideas or internet links?

You mean like for a spinner-crawler harness for Walleye?

Maybe start with a Sliding Snell?  http://www.fishnet.com.au/library/knotsrigs/slidingsnell.html

Or, just tie a hook on with a Snell knot, leaving a LARGE tag end.  Tie a second hook on with another Snell knot on the tag end.  Then add your beads and spinner blade to the line in front of the first hook.

I've actually tied some magnum-sized, single hook spinner harness rigs, size 5 Colorado blades, for trolling around for catfish.  Haven't used them yet.
