Hi Carl. The fly is a Woolly Bugger. I tied it on a size 10 hook, added a glass headhead, with about 15 wraps of .020 lead wire to make it sink faster. Black marabou tail with a few strands of crystal flash, blue/green dubbing and size 14 dry fly hackle palmered for the body.
