I've never eaten them Carl . How about 'Wipers' have you caught or eaten the hybrid Striped Bass X White Bass? Theres a lake here in NJ that I 'd like to catch those in .

Just a schoolie Stiper about 15" but fun nevertheless. I wish I could catch the Redears you catch .I don't see them in Northern NJ /Southern NY where I usually fish.
