Wow. Those are some nice size. Perfect as fried poorman's lobster balls.

LEO;; SOMEHOW;; I GOT TO GET YO UAND YOUR FAMILY TO COME TO THE RENDEVOU !!   WARNING HERE THO;; NO COMPUTERS; OR WIFI CONNECTION THERE !   GOT TO MEET YOU ONE DAY BUDDY !!

It sounds like a dream to go there. Of course, you're talking to the wrong guy Carl. If the place has a landline, that's more than sufficient for internet connection..muahahaha. You know, there are quite a few communication satellite overhead. More than enough to grab a few gigabyte of internet info off those pesky flying metal coffins.

THESE TWO GUYS ARE GGGGGGGGGREAT !!!!

FOR A LITTLE INFORMATION-- THAT LORD OF THE FLY RODS WONT TELL -- BUT I WILL !!  BEFORE THE RENDEVOU; LORD OF THE FLY RODS  HAD TO HAVE A SADDLE BLOCK  PERFORMED ON HIS BACK;; SEVERAL DICS ARE IN NEED OF SURGERY VERY BAD !  LOFR WOULD ABSOLUTLY NOT  ENTERTAIN THE IDEA; OF NOT COMING TO THE RENDEVOU THIS YEAR;;  ENDURED PAIN THRU THE WEEKEND;; AND AS I UNDERSTAND; HE WILL HAVE BACK SURGERY IN MEMPHIS THE WEEK AFTER THE RENDEVOU !!  GET WELL SOON LOFR !!

No, LORF did say something about his back earlier in the other post about his spinal discs corrective surgery, after I mentioned mine got slipped. Of course, enduring that type of pain for the sake of the gathering is highly praised, but foolish..In a warrior's eyes, pain is merely a stepping stone of life. In a medical person's eyes (like myself), you're taking too much risks, possibly turning yourself into a quadriplegic if his discs snapped.

Of course, I'm an idiot myself for moving about with burdened weights, while having slipped/inflamed discs. Yep..we're stupid warriors..

KEITH RITTER HAD A SMALL PROBLEM ON THE 2ND DAY OF THE RENDEVOU;; HIS TRROLLING MOTOR DIED !!  HOWEVER !!   HIS LOVELY WIFE; MISS B PICKED HIM UP ANOTHER TROLLING MOTOR; AND KEITH;; BEING MR. FIX-IT;;  PUT IT ON; AND RUNNING BEFORE LUNCH TIME; AND HE AND MISS B; STILL MANAGED TO CATCH OVER 100 BLUE GILL !!KEITHS NEW TROLLING MOTOR IN ACTION !

... looks like another great outing!

LOOKING FORWARD TO THE 2017 RENDEVOU !  IT WILL BE BIGGER AND BETTER !EVERYBODY WELCOME TO ATTEND !!

FOLKS;; DONT FORGET;; WE HAVE ANOTHER ; RENDEVOU SET; FOR NEXT MAY ; ON THE 20TH !  MAKE YOUR PLANS TO ATTEND ; ALL ARE WELCOME !

Some details of where it's going to be and how much per room would be great. then people can plan ahead if interested, thanks carl.

THE RENDEVOU IS AT THE NATHAN BEDFORD FORREST STATE PARK; CLOSE TO  CAMDEN TN.;; IT WILL RUN FROM THURSDAY THRU SUNDAY;  THERE ARE ONLY 5 COTTAGES THERE; WE HAVE 3 OF THEM RESERVED;; PIX OF THE COTTAGES ARE ON MY PIX PAGES;; TOP QUALITY COTTAGES FOR SURE; ANY WHERE YOU COULD GO ! IF ANY ONE WOULD LIKE TO ATTEND THE RENDEVOU CONSIDER  RESERVING A COTTAGE-- NOW !! THEY GO FAST !!
