Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

Mostly nine inch gills, with an 8 incher, and a 10 inch redear added to the mix. I had another half dozen in a bucket back on shore.

Awesome day on the ice!

Truly an awesome day. Did you get these at home or head out to the lake. All the fish look very healthy and good quality.

GREAT MESS OF FISH TONY !!!!!!!!

Thanks fellows.... Jim, the magic happened today on a 3 mm Tungsten horizontal, solid gold in color, with one or two  lively spikes as an enhancement. I found them in 15 ft of water, and they would rise up 3-4 ft before committing.

I agree Tony...I've been wanting to get a batch of cold fillets since it froze over. Only get occasional gills along with the bass.

Excellent! What was the ticket?
