Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

Hi all,

I posted a short question asking if anyone knew where to get "kickers" instead of fins. Kickers that I am referring to are green plastic things that strap onto the heels of your boots and have "wings" that push you forward. I bought mine with my Fishmaster tube many many years ago. I like them better in ponds because they are gentler than fins and also I like to go forward.

My ten year old just started tubing and he doesn't like going backwards so I have been letting him use my kickers. I was hoping to find more.
I didn't find any on the internet. I DID however find a place that makes "water waders" that propel you forward so I am gonna try a pair. This site also makes tubes that resemble Fishmasters (the maker is a former Fishmaster employee).

Hey Jay!go to ebay and check out the fins they have for forward travel.The item number is:220439525669.
Thanks Andrew for the tip! I think I am gonna try these water waders first. Those things on Ebay I bet will make you zip along a lot faster though.
I checked out the website and I don't understand what these fins are all about. I use diver fins and have to go backwards. Please explain this some more.
crappiecrazy - if you are referring to the fins on Ebay the idea there is you'd go forward.

Those looked a bit complicated for me so I am sticking with the "water waders" which are essentially "wings" that attach to your calf and allow you to go forward instead of backward like fins do. However, they are slower/less powerful but they are a lot easier to walk in.
