PERSONAL BEST 20" BASS. ATTACKED BLUEGILL I WAS CATCHING. LANDED ON #8 GOLD ABERDEEN HOOK. FIGHT WAS OVER IN A FLASH. MY DAD NICKNAMED MY HORSE, FOR HORSING IN FISH. NO ULTRALIGHT RODS FOR ME THIS IS WHY.

Bluegill got away. Hope i catch a big gill or pumpkinseed to show you soon. Wouldn't mind if it was a northern pike. May try some live minnows, since there are some crappie in the pond too. Wanted to take a picture of the monster frogs, but didn't see any this week. Tried to fish 4' to the bottom of the pond with no bites. Works great at a nearby lake. Wonder if it is a lot deeper. I guess I'll have to buy some slip bobbers.

Thats probably about 4 and 1/2 lbs maybe more .Great job and what a way to catch it!
