Lake Moultrie and Lake Marion go back to the Santee River being dammed in 1939.....Since they generate power, during low rain/drought periods the lake levels drop significantly but these lakes are still a great destination....

Not in my book......but we do have some great folks on bigbluegill.com from every corner of the country and they all catch fish which is very cool!! Bluegill Rock!

This little Lake Moultrie legend was built by a World War II veteran about 60 years ago.....Its a peaceful little place with lots of Southern Hospitality and great fishing......
