I started out with the GREASY MONKEY, this morning!!!!! Because it was working really well last time out!!!!!! This is a fly that was shared by BRYAN W.!!!!!!! It is a fun fly and is quite effective!!!!!!

DAVE KENSINGER, I believe had this fly for his Profile picture, was beautiful and I had to ask about it!!!! He shared the recipe and some material with me, I am a fan!!!!!!! He asked me to do the STEP X STEP, I think he was chasing steelhead!!!!!!

The bite for the morning seemed to be over as the sun was getting high and hot!!!! The lake with the weather right now is clear to 15'!!!!!! That is when I went to Jen's NAYBEE!!!!!! Simple and easy to tie and is real effective!!!!!!!!! I know she has put the recipe up but couldn't find it!!!!!!
Size 10 dry fly or wet nymph hook
bead chain eyes

wings are pearl flashabou!!!!!!

Had a fun morning and used these 3 flies to catch what I did!!!
All 3 Flies are from the pages of BIGBLUEGILL, and are in my go to box!!!!!!!! Thanks to the QUALITY of the TYERS on this site, and their willingness to share I need more GOTO BOXES!!!!!!!! Thank You ALL!!!!!!!! Anyone else have a goto fly we would love to see it!!!!!!! Join here and share!!!!

Allen, it is a good fly!!!!!! Keep an eye on that discusion board, I am hoping for a new one or two flies to show up!!!!!!   Beginner or long time tyer's might have the ticket for the next fly!!!!! With us all being BLUEGILLER's if it works some where it might work for the rest of the COUNTRY!!!!!!!

Finished the day with those it was 102 when I got to the house!!!!!! Scary no wind on the PRAIRIE!!!!!! I almost feel down on account of it!!!!!!!! LOL
