You could tie a Wooly Worm that was equally "wooly" - but most are not.
You may not know it but the Woolys (both W-Worm and W-Bugger) do not duplicate any particular creature. They are considered attractor patterns, not mimics.
Google Wooly Worm and you will find many examples.

Pyrrharctia isabella: classic wooly bugger style bait, which is a banded wooly bear from the isabella tiger moth. Plenty of them around here that I stick them on the hook using the pine resin. Perfect feeding during fall seasons. They eat my freaking plants, so, I feed them to the fishes.
