Don't look real good until about Monday Roy......winds look terrible through the weekend also....you got to be real mad at them to try in this weather!

I've caught a few Stripers and a few Crappie to help pass January Roy....Looks iffy with strong winds so I don't know if I will get out or not.....The fish I've caught the last couple weeks have been deep...good luck if you're able to get out to Merchant's ....water level should be good with the rain this week.....

Absolutely, those Bowfin are tough on equipment but alot of fun when you snag one and you're able to land him. We have caught several this Summer over 5 pounds and lost some much bigger. I'm going tommorow while this mild weather is upon us. Good luck to you guys when you get back out.

Welcome aboard Roy. You are now part of an interesting and educational site or group of people whom love to fish. You know the best thing is they don't mind sharing. Any questions feel free to ask, there are many hours of fishing hear with knowledge to go with it. Feel free to participate that's how we all learn. You can learn how to fish, what to use and how to use it, some cases if we really listen hard even where to fish. Where else can we learn and have so much fun doing it. Enjoy this incredible site I know you will there is so much information here. There is a picture section along with a video section not to mention the blogs and forums. Read, enjoy, participate and above all GOOD FISHIN...
