I enjoy fishing these jigs when the fish are hitting so hard they tear the curly tail off...happened several times Sunday.......

They work Dick....some people around here want to second guess you, but I'm good with it!

I love them jigs.

How do you tie it, Allen? Eye to eye? On dropper loops?

Comment by Allen Morgan on May 20, 2012 at 6:21pm

I use a tandem-jig rig all the time, although I'm usually chasing White Bass with it.  I'll mix my colors up a bit, try to figure out what they're hitting.

It's got one of the smoothest drags of any Zebco....that's my favorite feature of this style of Rhino.....

I got mine for free - my son rescued it somewhere. It was a bit dirty and needed cleaning up. But it works fine.

They need TLC but not a bad reel for the money....I really like all my Eagle Claw rods and this one is my oldest at almost 30 years old....

Got me one of those reels....

I employ it more often in the winter Leo.....in this shot I just hooked the Charlie B slider to the cork for the picture. I fished solo all week with great success....Many times in the winter I will put two different colors on trying to find a trend or a bait to use......
