 Those look delish !We dont have any crabs in our area, so I'm working on a recipe of portabella mushrooms stuffed with bluegill fillets baked with breadcrumbs and a garlic butter sauce, kinda like an oysters Bieniville but substituting the mushrooms for the oysters.  May try some with a little square of bacon on them, You know everything is better with bacon.  LOFR
