Do you love big bluegill?
Went to my local Flea Market and this man selling some rods have an old looking fly reel and wanted only $2 bucks for the reel I took it. Found out it's a Bronson Royal 360 Fly Reel, but I really can't find a lot of info on it. Does any1 have this can of reel? How old are they? When they stopped making these? What weight class? and man this reel is very smooth the age of it

$10 would have been a deal. It should work perfectly for your intended use. If I had ran onto the reel it would have been in my collection.
Thanks Ray, It's in perfect shape it did have line on it but that saw better days. I will use it mainly for Bluegills and even to some smaller streams in Northern nj. As long as I can spool it up with 4-5wt line be great. At $2 bucks No one can turn that down.
I will add that it will probably last you for years even with hard use. These old reels will take a beating.
If the clicker still works and the spool turns freely you made a deal. There was several reels on the market during the late 50's thru the late 70's if not longer. Should handle lines thru 6wt with some backing. They work fine for most freshwater fish. I don't recommend you chase carp or steelhead with it though.
